HSM high-speed bag making machine control system employs a controller with Cortex-M7-based high-performance micro- processor as its core and supplemented by various dedicated interface circuits. Compared with traditional bag making machines, it is featured by a high speed of bag making, a high positioning accuracy and other remarkable characteristics. The system’s slitter works synchronously with the main machine and has such advantages as small impact and long service life. It is convenient to set and adjust all function parameters of the electrical equipment. All parameters and faults can be displayed at real time by the touch screen. It has such functions as skip mode , quantity counting, length (in meter)counting, punching and delivery as well as automatic testing and shutdown by alarm. The system is applicable to various bag making machines that use servo motors as the main machines and double-servo slitters with independent triple-traction(two ?oating rolls and three photo-sensors)
